About

Government Expertise.
Real Results.

Jean-Pierre Policy Group is a policy consulting firm based in Quincy, Massachusetts. It is led by Ervens Jean-Pierre, a senior policy analyst with experience working at the city, state, federal, and international levels of government.

Ervens has worked inside government, not just around it. He has supported Council members on 50+ active bills, written materials used in congressional briefings, managed federal governance programs overseas, and built equity frameworks within the White House. That combination of experience is rare, and it shows in the work.

We help agencies, municipalities, and organizations understand what policy means for them, what their options are, and how to act on it clearly and confidently.

“The best policy work bridges the gap between research and real-world impact — informing decisions that improve lives in communities.” — Ervens Jean-Pierre, Principal
